Green Growing Organic reaches agreement to acquire Bargosa

Miguel Rodriguez Morales, a shareholder of Green Growing Organic, S.L., has reached an agreement to acquire Bargosa, thus consolidating its growth in Spain.

Green Growing Organic was founded 5 years ago to cover a niche market in the organic segment. This acquisition will bring the company a turnover of more than 80 million euro.

The new company, which will be renamed Green Bargosa SL, will have sales outlets, cold storage, and maturation rooms in different parts of Spain, from where it will serve customers. The company will offer a wide range of products, both conventional and organic, and the banana from the Canary Islands will be its central product.

Miguel Rodríguez Morales, who has extensive experience in the sector, will be the President and CEO of the new company.
