For the third year in a row, the Bonduelle Group is continuing its support towards farmers and has just signed a new price increase agreement with producers of green vegetables in the Hauts-de-France region.
This new agreement is fully in line with the Bonduelle Group's strategy, which aims to strengthen its commitment to being a company with a positive impact.
It reaffirms the company's intent to support its agricultural partners by increasing the prices paid per hectare and accelerating the agro-ecological transition, which requires very substantial human and financial investments.
In this context, Bonduelle has signed a new agreement with its producing partners in the Hauts-de-France region (OPLVERT and OPLINORD) to increase the price of vegetables for 2022. Among other things, this agreement will make it possible to cover the significant increase in production costs.
The Bonduelle Group has also signed an agreement with its partner Euralis Coop in the Southwest of France to increase the price of green vegetables. In addition to this pricing adjustment, Bonduelle will continue to contribute to an agroecological transition fund that will enable farmers to have the means to deploy alternative farming practices.
More than ever, producers need everyone's support to continue to grow local, healthy, quality vegetables that are in high demand by consumers.
