Fall Creek Farm & Nursery, Inc. announced the appointment of Robert (Bob) Reiter, Ph.D., to its board of directors. Most recently, as former head of research and development for Bayer Crop Science, Reiter has more than three decades of global experience in plant breeding, biotechnology, and the delivery of applied agricultural innovation at scale.

Fall Creek CEO Marc de Beer emphasized the value Reiter brings to growers and partners. "Bob has spent his career translating science into real-world solutions for farmers," said de Beer. Reiter earned a B.S. in horticulture from Penn State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in plant breeding and plant genetics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
