Green Rise Foods Inc. has published its interim condensed consolidated financial results for the three and nine-month periods ending September 30, 2025. The financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis are available on SEDAR+.
For the nine months, fresh produce revenue totaled CDN $23.4 million, down from $23.9 million in the same period of 2024. Revenue for the three months was CDN $11.3 million compared with $11.5 million a year earlier, a decrease of 2 percent.

Adjusted EBITDA for the nine months was CDN $4.6 million, compared with $6.7 million in 2024, a decline of $2.1 million or 31 percent. For the three months, Adjusted EBITDA was CDN $2.9 million, compared with $3.6 million last year, down $0.7 million or 19 percent.
The company said weather conditions and timing of government grants recognized in the prior year were the main factors affecting results. According to Chief Executive Officer Vincent Narang, "A colder winter and excessive heat waves in late June, mid July, and early to mid-August, along with the timing of certain government grants recognized in the prior year comparative nine-month period ended September 30, 2024, were the primary factors behind the decline in Adjusted EBITDA." He added that production teams worked to limit the impact and that crop plans for 2026 have been finalized with Mastronardi Produce Limited.
