Retailers featured holiday-season assortments in weekly ads, with promotions across baking items, household goods, and a broad range of fresh produce. Poinsettias entered circulars in both late-autumn and traditional red-and-white Christmas varieties. Hard squashes, sweet potatoes, green beans, and mushrooms were commonly grouped with turkeys in Thanksgiving-focused sections.

Cranberries, pomegranates, and persimmons appeared alongside year-round items such as avocados, grapes, and berries. Citrus listings were widespread, with limes, lemons, oranges, and tangerines heavily represented.

Total ad volume reached 282,460, similar to last week's 283,340. Compared to the same week in 2024, ad volume was 7% higher than last year's 263,734. By category, fruit accounted for 149,321 ads (53%), onions and potatoes 26,066 (9%), vegetables 101,147 (36%), herbs 1,140, ornamentals 1,374, hemp 2,525, and honey 2,027. Organic produce represented 36,079 ads, or 12% of the total.

Among major items with more than 3,000 ads, the only notable fruit price increase was for 2 lb bags of lemons, up 53% year over year. No major fruit price decreases were recorded. In the potatoes and onions category, Russet potatoes (5 lb bag) rose 17%. For vegetables, sweet potatoes (per pound) increased 10%, while no significant decreases were noted.
