BDA/Dorot Farm is launching a new yellow carrot program, supplied directly from its premium farms.
"Yellow carrots have become trendy, and we've received many requests for a program that ensures year-round availability," said Ami Ben-Dror, CEO of BDA/Dorot Farm. "Yellow carrots offer a unique flavor and are highly demanded by high-end restaurants and chefs specializing in diverse cuisines."

The new yellow carrots will be available in 25 lb. and 50 lb. packs for foodservice and fresh-cut use, as well as 5 lb. and 2 lb. retail bags for supermarket chains.
This new line joins the company's rainbow carrot program, and jumbo and cello carrot programs, which are already featured in many restaurants and gourmet kitchens.

The company's team will be at the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, California, October 16–18, 2025 where they will meet with customers, colleagues, and industry partners to highlight upcoming innovations and emerging produce trends.
