New highlights for companies interested in Polish retail market

Following its recent successful event of B2B Meetings between fruit and vegetables buyers from large scale retailers and production companies, the new edition of Fresh Food Leader event is just around the corner: "Business meetings with buyers of large-scale Retailers present in Poland", Warsaw, 17th-18th of September 2024.

Fresh Food Leader's mission is to help growers and production companies acquire their competitive advantage by establishing direct relations with foreign buyers of large-scale retail chains and develop their business. The Polish market is well known for its strong distribution network and a dynamic growth. Participating fruit and vegetable buyers are from: Arhelan, Auchan, Biedronka Carrefour, Chata Polska, Dino, E.Leclerc, Eurocash Group (, Delikatesy Centrum, abc, Lewiatan, Groszek, Eko, Mila), Intermarche, Nasz Sklep, Netto, Polo Market, Selgros, Spar, Stokrotka, Żabka.

There will also be a possibility to talk with purchasing managers from national import-export companies and wholesalers. Plants and Flowers purchasing managers will assist the meetings.

Communication to all buyers from large-scale retailers in Poland
New this year the profile of participating companies (name, assortment description, etc.) will be sent to buyers of all chains present in Poland. Registration closes earlier than usual.

The event lasts two days to give the opportunity to meet both, buyers from large-scale retailers and smaller participants of the retail market.

Tuesday the 17th of September

15:00 - 18:00 Visit of a selection of supermarket stores of large-scale retailers present in Poland.

Wednesday the 18th of September
09:00 – 13:00 B2B meetings with buyers from large-scale retailers
13:00 – 14:00 Light Lunch
14:10 – 16:00 B2B meetings with buyers from large-scale retailers
17:00 Cocktail Dinner Party

Extra-meetings during the two days
• Importing companies and national wholesalers that manage imported products on behalf of the regional retailers (that either do not import fruit and vegetables directly or without their own logistic platforms for fresh produce).

• A fast-growing nationwide company specialised in food service channels that also supplies regional supermarket chains and on-line grocery retailers.

• A domestic national player in logistics and a full service provider for exporters in Poland that want to deliver national retailers directly, bypassing intermediaries (and do it also with small quantities).
