Pakistan opens gateway to Central Asia with first potato shipment to Tajikistan

Pakistan's National Logistics Cell has initiated the export of locally produced potatoes to Tajikistan, marking a significant development in trade relations with Central Asian countries. This move is part of Pakistan's strategy to establish itself as a key trade and transit hub for the region, utilizing its strategic location to foster economic growth and regional cooperation. The shipment, which covered a distance of 1,400 kilometers, was transported to Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
