A plastic-free net designed to safely cover cardboard trays thanks to the top seal technology, allowing the produce to be visible and "breathe" - we are talking about KukuNaturSeal, the latest innovation by Kuku International Packaging, patent pending.
"KukuNaturSeal is produced in rolls with continuous paper sides so trays can be sealed in a stable manner, making it suitable for most sealing machines. The fact that thermosealing is used means no glue or adhesives are required. The best sealing achievable is possible only on natural, non-laminated paper with no plastic coating. The net can be made of cotton, linen, viscose, or paper, and the rolls can be of different colors and sizes," explains CEO Serena Ruppi.

"The packaging made using our nets can be fully recycled as paper. The sides are printable, and their width can be adjusted to obtain a printed label. KukuNaturSeal is ideal for cardboard trays between 250 grams and 1 kg destined to products such as cherry tomatoes, kiwifruit, beans and green beans, potatoes, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, lychees, grapes, dried fruit and much more. In addition, our product allows full breathability and visibility of the content while at the same guaranteeing the sealing of the packets."
