Erika den Daas succeeds Jan Muijsers in leading C. Meijer

Over the last 22 years, Jan Muijsers has lead C. Meijer B.V. to where it is today. A strong player in the development of new potato varieties and the global seeding potato trade. "Last year Jan told us that he wanted to take more time for himself and his family, and this is why he would be leaving the company at the end of 2017. We are happy to be able to introduce Jan's successor today: Erika den Daas," the potato company reports.

"With her national and international experience and broad management background in the agribusiness concerning the quality improvement of seed, crop protection and fertilisers, we expect Erika, together with the seasoned and enthusiastic Meijer team employees and the foreign participation, to be an excellent successor for Jan."

As of September 4, 2017, Erika will start at C. Meijer B.V. and Jan will introduce Erika personally in the following months. During the introduction period Jan will gradually take more distance.
