Fruit wholesaler Greenyard leases office space in Hamburg South
The fruit and vegetable wholesale company, a subsidiary of the globally operating Belgian Greenyard Group, will move into the leased space as part of its expansion around October 2018.
The landlord of the "Hanse Center Normannenstraße" is a fund of Deutsche Fonds Holding GmbH through the property company DCSF Immobilien Verwaltungsgesellschaft Nr. 8 mbH & Co. Objekt Eiffestraße KG. Now the office and commercial building, which comprises a total of approx. 45,000 m², is fully let.
