Swedish ETH Frukt & Grönt expands in Stockholm

ETH Frukt & Grönt has long been based in Årsta, just south of Stockholm. These premises had become too small. Now, this Swedish fruit and vegetable wholesaler has found a solution that meets their needs. They did so with the real estate company, Castellum. They approached Castellum with a request to find them a new suitable storage facility. Temperature control is, of course, paramount to the storage of fruit and vegetables.

This meant many sites were deemed unsuitable. Especially since ETH Frukt & Grönt wished to remain in Årsta. Castellum found 2 Lagerhallen for them. This is a storage facility that, with the necessary adjustments, can be converted into a cooling space of 2.600m2. "We are pleased that we could assist in finding a suitable space for ETH Frukt & Grönt," says Kristian Pamp, Stockholm North Regional Manager at Castellum.
