Philippe Appeltans is BelOrta's new director

Last night, BelOrta's Board of Directors chose to name Mr Philippe Appeltans as their new director. He will take up his post at BelOrta after the summer. The Board of Directors welcomed Mr Appeltans. They are looking forward to this collaboration with great confidence.

Mr Philippe Appeltans, 45, has a diploma in bio-engineering. He has gained considerable, rich experience in the Belgian fruit and vegetable sector. He did this as General Secretary of the Federation of Belgian Horticultural Cooperatives (VBT).
