Hainan Island officially entered the "lychee season" in the middle of May. The harvest this year reached "historical record heights". The production volume of the entire province reached 300 million kg. The surface area devoted to the plantation of volcanic lychee in Haikou is 7600 hectares. The production volume per hectare increased by at least 30% in comparison with last year. It is estimated that the total production volume exceeded 75 million kg. Haikou City cooperates with Alibaba Group to promote the abundant lychee harvest, a smooth retail, and increased incomes.
