Construction update for Willem Dijk AGF

Willem Dijk AGF is working on a major expansion of their warehouse and a new office. Construction takes place in two stages. Firstly, the new office complex will be built. This will be constructed on the west side, and it will be situated under the existing roof. The office complex will, as it were, be built over the current warehouse, and because of that, the offices will be on an imaginary third floor. When this first stage is finished, the office will move. This is planned for late 2017.

The current office will then be demolished (stage two), and in its place an expansion of the warehouse of 1,250 square metres will be realised. This cold store will function as the arrival hall for goods, with two new and additional loading docks. Compared to the current building (seven metres high), the new building will be 11 metres high, so that pallets can be stacked up to three high in a dynamic rack.
