Fine art oil painting demonstration at Fresh Summit

Ball Design will be showcasing the artistic work and talents of painter Nic Iacovetti, of Legacy Ranch Heirloom Portraiture, in their booth on Saturday and Sunday at Fresh Summit, Orlando. While at Ball Design’s booth (#2873), attendees will have the opportunity to view a portrait from Iacovetti’s Legacy Ranch series, as well as witness oil painting demonstrations by the artist.

Iacovetti's old-world fine art skills and techniques, harken back to Renaissance masters, utilizing a delicate balance of color saturation and control of surface lighting. He has even flawlessly recreated the famous Rembrandt painting "The Return of the Prodigal Son." Legacy Ranch focuses on portraits of the beloved patriarchs, matriarchs, and industry leaders in the produce industry, both past and present.

At Fresh Summit, in addition to showcasing a portrait from the Legacy Ranch series, Iacovetti will also have his canvas, easel, palette, brushes and oil paints at the booth, which he will use to demonstrate the lush brush strokes that bring the subjects of his portraits to life.

"Iacovetti has been my go-to illustrator for over 15 years. He is a true Renaissance man and artist who possesses the rare ability to create in both the marketing and fine art worlds. Whether photorealistic or whimsical, dark and rich, or bright and sunny, he excels at conveying meaning and emotion through his artistic work,” says John Ball, owner and president of Ball Design.

As well as being a talented artist, and having worked with famous Hollywood studios and entertainment companies, Iacovetti is also an accomplished musician and orchestral composer. He plays the cello and piano, and has taught numerous art classes. He is capable of working in a variety of mediums, from digital to pencil, charcoal and oil paints.

Ball Design is proud to be displaying the artistic work and talents of Mr. Iacovetti at their booth at PMA’s Fresh Summit in Orlando on October 15th and 16th. All event attendees are encouraged to visit the Ball Design booth to view these unique works of art.
