Felix Instruments to attend the 10th Australian Mango Conference

Felix Instruments—Applied Food Science will be attending the 10th Australian Mango Conference in Darwin, Australia from May 25-28, 2015.

Felix Instruments General Manager, Michael Larman, will be available to demonstrate the full Felix Instruments product line including the F-750 Produce Quality Meter.

The F-750 uses deep near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to estimate dry matter, brix (total soluble solids), and assess fruit maturity and skin color. The F-750 has a range of applications from crop management and harvest decision-making in the field, to cold storage and retail outlets.

Recent proof of concept has been validated for determining dry matter in mangos with the F-750 Produce Quality Meter. More information about the features and specifications of the F-750, including application notes, are available on the Felix Instruments website.
