Bill Zentner named Director of Ratings at Blue Book Services
Zentner, who has more than 14 years of experience in the produce industry, most recently served as manager of Blue Book’s ratings team. He is responsible for leading a team of seven associates, with over 60 years of experience, who compile and report timely ratings on businesses throughout the produce supply chain. “Bill’s leadership skills, combined with his industry and financial expertise and our experienced ratings team, allow us to remain the industry’s resource for credit rating information,” said Jim Carr.
“I am thankful and excited for this new opportunity, but I would not be where I am today without the mentoring and consistent support of Ken Schultz,” states Zentner. “I look forward to taking the ‘ratings torch’ Ken carried during his many years at Blue Book.”
Zentner earned a degree in finance from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and four children.
