One single and common brand

Blue Whale & Valdiloire announce merger

After more than a decade of strong collaboration allowing Blue Whale to gain a presence in the Loire Valley and Valdiloire access to the fruit growing in the South of France, Valdiloire will now be a part of Blue Whale. This merger is born from a mutual willingness to consolidate their trading positions on both international and national markets .

Under a single and common management
As well as increasing the awareness of the Blue whale brand and its own notoriety, this merger will have the effect of the Valdiloire team being reorganized and reintegrated under the same management. The aim is to simplify the group’ s structure to provide a better efficiency to meet customers needs around the globe.

A consolidated supply under a proven leadership
With the addition of Valdiloire’s apple potential of 25 000 tons , Blue Whale ‘s now consolidated offer will be in the region of 250 000 tons (all fruits products considered - apples, pears, plums, grapes and kiwis).

The group Blue Whale will now represent more than 300 fruit growers from all of France’s main growing regions (South West, Sout East, Alps and Loire Valley).

Blue Whale will hence reach a significant growing volume allowing the company to better meet the global apple demand.
