Camposol establishes sales office in Spain

Camposol continues expanding its commercial structures on the European markets. With the first arrival of avocados from Peru – in the month of April – the company will start its activities in Algeciras/Spain with its own customs clearing and quality control.

Camposol Fresh B.V. in Maasdijk, the Netherlands will continue attending Camposol’s customers in the north-western European markets, the representation in Spain will take care of the distribution of produce in the Mediterranean region. The activities will mainly focus on avocados.

Sergio Torres, managing director of Camposol Fresh B.V.: “In the first line, the aim is to develop the sales of our avocados in Morocco and on the Spanish market, with occasional opportunities, taking advantage of the logistics infrastructure of the port of Algeciras. The Moroccan market offers good sales perspectives especially during Ramadan, which is a period of high consumption of avocados.”
