Molinense dissociates itself completely from Rosenland

The collaboration between Molinense and Rosenland, which began in last fall, came to an end on August 1.

Molinense announced that it has finished providing their facilities, know-how and other services to the Rosenland Company, Rosenland Iberia and other companies of the Rosenland Group; thus, the separation between the two companies is now complete.

"The cause is based on the abysmal way of developing the business of producing and marketing fresh fruit, a business in which Molinense is a leading company that has a high knowledge and qualifications. In addition, Molinense Producciones Naturales S.L was subject to a recurrent breach of the resolutions that were initially adopted," informed sources from the Murcia based company.

"We insist that, even though Rosenland Iberia has moved its offices across from Molinense's facilities, starting August 1 there is no link between both companies. Any use, by Rosenland, of Molinense's image and its facilities will be misleading and unauthorized by Molinense," said the company.
