Tajik dried fruit processors showcase premium products at Anuga 2025 in Cologne

Thirteen dried fruit processors from Tajikistan joined nearly 8,000 exhibitors from around the world to present their latest products to around 150,000 visitors at the prestigious Anuga 2025 food industry exhibition in Cologne, Germany, held from October 4–8.

According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan, leading national producers such as Barakat Isfara, Oro Isfara, Visol Isfara, Dolina Fruktov, Isfara Food, Ali Apricot, Mevai Zarrin, and Zardolui Isfara took part in the event, alongside sectoral associations representing Tajikistan's fast-growing dried fruit industry.

Tajikistan is one of Central Asia's key producers of dried apricots, raisins, mulberries, and plums, known for their high sugar content and natural drying methods. Exporters aim to strengthen the country's position on the global market by emphasizing organic cultivation and traceable supply chains.

The Anuga exhibition, recognized as one of the largest global food industry events, brings together manufacturers, importers, and experts to exchange ideas, build networks, and discuss strategic developments.

Tajik participants hope their presence at Anuga will "open doors to long-term cooperation and help position Tajik dried fruits as a premium product on European and global markets".
