Cambodia exported a wide range of fresh produce in 2025, including about 2.05 million tons of fresh cassava, 1.36 million tons of dried cassava, 626,000 tons of cashew nuts, 207,000 tons of fresh mangoes, nearly 252,000 tons of fresh bananas, over 153,000 tons of corn, 21,734 tons of longans, and 95 other crop products totaling more than 621,000 tons.
According to Chhay, "The total revenue from crop product exports reached about US$3.89 billion. Of this, non-rice crops accounted for about US$2.38 billion."
Overall exports increased by 30.43 per cent compared to 2024. Fresh cassava exports decreased by nearly 17 per cent, but shipments of dried cassava and cassava flour increased as growers shifted production toward processed forms that offer longer storage and higher value. Exports of dried cassava rose by 57.62 per cent, while cassava flour increased by 83.49 per cent.
Fresh mango exports fell by more than 4 per cent. Local factories processed more mangoes into dried mango jam, resulting in a 27.54 per cent rise in exports of that product compared to last year.
Following the closure of several land border crossings by Thailand, Cambodia exported 1,728.19 tons of agricultural products to Thailand by sea from June 24 to the end of September 2025, with a value of almost US$6 million. In September alone, exports amounted to 377.40 tons, worth about US$1.7 million, a decline of 6.56 per cent compared to August.
