BW Packaging, Barry-Wehmiller's packaging machinery business, has announced that it will now operate as a single organization under the BW Packaging brand. The company will transition from three business units, BW Flexible Systems, BW Filling & Closing, and BW Integrated Systems, into one product line-oriented structure. According to the company, this reorganization is intended to align technologies, services, and personnel to better support integrated packaging lines and aftermarket services worldwide.

Rachana Creeth, President of BW Packaging, stated that the new structure is designed to improve collaboration across the group's more than 2,000 employees and to strengthen the company's ability to provide integrated solutions.
By bringing its divisions together under one brand, BW Packaging says it will be able to expand its capability to serve core markets and respond more effectively to customer needs. "Our collective expertise and shared commitment mean customers can expect more agile support and forward-thinking solutions," said Denning Saum, Chief Product and Marketing Officer.
The company emphasized that existing contracts and purchase orders will remain in effect without disruption and that current transactions with all BW Packaging entities will continue as usual. Any future legal or organizational changes affecting customers or suppliers will be communicated in advance. "Our customers can feel confident that their current agreements and daily operations will continue seamlessly as we move forward," said Matt Venezia, Chief Commercial Officer.
