Bimi® Baby Broccoli, the global sponsor of the World Food Photography Awards, is set to take center stage at next month's International Fresh Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, California. Visitors to the Sakata America booth will be treated to live tastings from HaiSous Kitchen's Chef Thai Dang, acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and Bimi brand ambassador.
Chef Dang will prepare two signature dishes that highlight the versatility and flavor of the broccoli, giving buyers and industry partners the opportunity to experience the brand's unique appeal firsthand. In addition to representing Bimi in Anaheim, Chef Dang will also serve as a judge for the 2026 World Food Photography Awards.

Now entering its 15th year, the World Food Photography Awards is a celebration of food imagery, attracting thousands of entries from professional and amateur photographers across more than 25 categories.
