Spreyton - Tasmania

Costa closing mushroom operation will make room for other growers

The Costa Group is due to close its mushroom processing facility at Spreyton, citing outdated infrastructure. Small mushroom growers like Cygnet's Bec Bovell are preparing to increase production to cover any shortages of mushrooms.
