This year's theme for the United States Independence event at the U.S. Embassy in Chile, on the 12th of June, was related to the connection of Chile and the USA through cooperation in astronomy and space exploration. It was a perfect show for Cosmic Crisp® apples.
To mark the 249th anniversary of the United States' independence, the U.S. Embassy in Chile organized a special event to which San Clemente Fruits was cordially invited to participate.
At the event, San Clemente Fruits presented Cosmic Crisp apples, a variety developed by Washington State University, for which San Clemente has held the exclusive Chilean license since 2018 thanks to its partnership with Proprietary Variety Management (PVM).
San Clemente also showcased products made from this fruit, such as apple juice concentrate and the traditional apple pie, highlighting the versatility and quality of their offerings.

The event was attended by Luis Chadwick Vergara, CEO of Agricola San Clemente, along with members of the San Clemente team.
