On Sunday, February 23, at the SIA, La Ferme Digitale and the Pôle Digital of the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture—the honored country for the 2025 edition—signed a partnership agreement. The objective? To enhance Franco-Moroccan collaboration in AgriTech by fostering innovation exchange, facilitating knowledge transfer, and developing joint projects for more sustainable and connected agriculture. This partnership will bring together start-ups, experts, and key industry players from both nations to strengthen ecosystems and unlock new opportunities.

Ahead of the official signing, a round table discussion titled "AgriDigital: Building Bridges Between France and Morocco" was held in the La Ferme Digitale Hall. Participants included representatives from COMADER (Rachid Benali, President), the Moroccan Digital Cluster (Prof. Loubna, Director), Aquasys (Dominique Thériez, General Manager), and La Ferme Digitale (Justine Lipuma, Vice-President). The discussion focused on concrete initiatives to drive AgriTech cooperation, including:
- Technology transfer to support resilient agricultural practices
- AgriTech training programs between French and Moroccan universities
- Improved access to financing to accelerate start-up growth
- Strengthening North-South and South-South cooperation
