The overseas citrus market always gets good prices. The overseas tangerine season is over and the last oranges are being sold. Traders know that a shortage sometimes arises between overseas production and Spanish production. The price for oranges is still good, just as with the pomelos as well.
The Brazilian melon season has started off well. Cantaloupe melons are doing great, Galia's are doing fine and the market for yellow melons is pretty normal. On the other hand, watermelon prices are low. The Spanish kaki (persimmon) season has started well with good prices.
The market for imported tomatoes is doing well. Round tomatoes from Morocco are going for 7-8 Euro and cherry tomatoes are going for 11-12 Euro. Cucumber sales are slower. Bell pepper prices differs per colour: green bell peppers have the lowest price, yellow bell peppers sell for a bit more and then the red bell peppers sell for even more.
