Fresh mangoes from the Philippines about to arrive in Australia

The Philippines is about to ship its mangoes to Australia. Today, the Philippine Embassy in Canberra revealed that the long-awaited export of fresh mangoes to Australia is becoming a reality. This milestone is made possible through the joint efforts of Fastboxph, an e-Commerce and logistics provider based in Sydney, and 1Export, a one-stop platform for cross-border trade and fulfillment services.

The Philippines have a significant advantage regarding their mango industry: production all year round. In contrast, Australia’s mango season spans from September through April. By providing fresh mangoes during the winter season, the market can ensure a consistent supply of this national treasure for both Filipinos and Australians, regardless of the time of year.

Excitement is building, and sub-distributors and retailers can now pre-order fresh mangoes from the Philippines.
