This weekend, Farm Direct Supply (FDS) will launch a new brand for their dragon fruit and rambutan products at Viva Freh. "It's called Tropiful™ and features a line of Island Ivory red dragon fruit, Golden Glow yellow dragon fruit, and Tropical Tan-Tans rambutan," says Chris Horrell, General Manager at FDS. Supply of all three items will be available year-round. Although the product will be mostly imported, the company is currently preparing for the upcoming Florida dragon fruit season.
"We're excited to reintroduce these exotic fruits under our new brand," commented Horrell. "Our goal is not only to enhance the visual appeal on the shelf, but also educate consumers about these exotic fruits before they even take a bite. They will contain the same exceptional quality and freshness that our customers have come to expect from us," Horrell said.
The new Tropiful™ line will be on display at the Farm Direct Supply booth #201 at Viva Fresh on April 13 in Houston, Texas. After launching, the line will be available at retailers nationwide.
