Fruit Logistica, a notable trade fair in the fruit and vegetable industry, took place from February 7th to 9th and Salix Fruits reflects on their participation.

"Despite some challenges, such as coinciding with the Chinese New Year, the fair attracted a wide range of participants from all continents, making it a truly international event."

During the event, more than 66,000 visitors participated in various activities. A total of 2,770 exhibitors presented their innovations.
Salix Fruits' participation in this event was highly productive, with the company's team conducting over 150 meetings. "We had a prime location in Hall 25, which generated a lot of traffic and allowed us to interact with colleagues from across the industry," added González Pita.

Preliminary survey results of exhibitors and trade visitors revealed that approximately half of the exhibitors have already finalized business deals during the fair, while 90 percent expect follow-up business to be satisfactory. This positive assessment is reflected in Salix Fruits' intention to participate again in Fruit Logistica in the future.
"This fair fulfilled its objective of being an international meeting point for the fruit and vegetable industry, providing an effective platform to establish business contacts and explore business opportunities in a dynamic and enriching environment," said González Pita.
