This multifunctional machine is suitable for filling trays of, for example, lamb’s lettuce, baby leaf, spinach, rocket, endive and other types of vegetables. This servo-driven turret system for automatically filling trays of lettuce is exclusively distributed by Burgmetaal.
Format units
Thanks to the Easy-Change-System, the format units and pressing stamps can be easily changed without the use of tools. The format units can be made completely to your specifications.
Pressing system
The stamp pressing system with two stamps guarantees a volume reduction of as much as 70 per cent, without damaging the content of the trays.
Filling system
Because the format units are inspected using sensors, only the units containing a tray will be filled. This prevents unnecessary filling actions and minimises the cost of losses.
Input and output locations
Because the input and output locations of the machine can be flexibly set up, it’s possible to adjust the machine within your production location.
Operation
The SBF-RLS V5 is servo-driven, equipped with PLC and can be operated using a touchscreen. This means it is possible to adjust speeds and times and to display error messages and to make them easily executable.For more information:
