At present, the platform has been online for several weeks and it has been tested by a number of international fruit traders, producers and shippers in 45 countries globally. Logistics information and statistics, including carrier and merchandise tracking, temperature, humidity and location control, and import export related documents (including live photographs) can now be managed in a simple and convenient way. Various stakeholders in transit can enter different levels of information according to permissions granted and can easily browse and communicate.
Cydiance has vowed it will not charge for its billing, tracking and management services.
