The executive president of the National Mango Board, an international organization that promotes the consumption of mangoes in the US, said that this was the result of the intense promotional campaigns they perform to continue increasing the placement of this fruit.
The specialist, who was interviewed in the framework of a working meeting with fruit growers in the north of the state, said that one of the most important things that this organization did was to help increase mango consumption, as it is currently ranked 13th in consumer preferences.
