SF Express and Havi announced on the morning of March 13th in Beijing that they had reached an agreement to establish a joint venture in China. Both sides will join hands to establish a refrigerated distribution company. SF Express will be the stock holder for the joint venture, but the joint venture will operate through the service network that Havi has already established in China--the distribution service in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (including domestic freight transport). Havi was established in 1974 and provides market analysis, packaging, supply chain management, and distribution services. Havi has more than 10 thousand employees and provides services in more than 100 countries worldwide.
