"China: Shenzhen intercepts 19 kg of "finger lime"

An employee of the Shenzhen Huanggang Office for Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine recently investigated a small truck with a cargo of fruit that came to the traffic checkpoint at Huanggang port but had not yet passed quarantine, inspection and approval. Upon examination the cargo turned out to be Australian finger limes. The small truck carried boxes with a gross weight of 19 kg. "Finger lime" is a kind of plant that belongs to the citrus family and originates in Australia. The shape of its fruit resembles fish eggs, which is why it is also known as fruit caviar.
