Recently, the Jishan edible mushroom enterprise, Shanxi Mushrooms, and the Korean Wangchang Farmers Organisation, have cooperated to accomplish an Edible Mushrooms stick production and export enterprise, signing an initial contract to export 120,000 bags of mushroom sticks. This was the first time that Jishan mushrooms have been so swiftly exported to South Korea.
