Chongming pumpkins sold to Hong Kong for first time

On the morning of 20 September, with help of the Chongming Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Chongming Bao Village pumpkins were sent to Hong Hong for the first time - another "business card" for Chongming's unique agricultural products.

The Chongming Inspection and Quarantine Bureau had helped the pumpkin farmers with breeding. After passing the inspection, this 500 kilogram batch of pumpkins was successfully sent to Hong Kong. It will be sold there for 10 yuan per kilogram, which is over 70% higher than the local price.
