China: Qinghuangdao airport offers fruit transport services

On 19 April, the Qinghuangdao airport for the first time used one of its own flights to transport 910 kg of seasonal fruits to Chengdu. Qinghuangdao airport's cargo transport department actively visits surrounding production grounds for fruits. Now, since 19 April, the airport is offering transport services for these fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. The transport of the seasonal fruits will last for two months. It is estimated that the airport will process 5 tons of fruits and vegetables every week.
