The FreshGuard HC (see image) will be presented for the first time at the FRUIT LOGISTICA 2017 fair. The new pad creates an optimal environment for MAP packed soft fruit, herbs and vegetables during the entire process of transportation and storage. Like all McAirlaid‘s products the FreshGuard HC doesn’t contain latex or synthetic binders. The FreshGuard HC is available in two colors, black and red, and on rolls or pre-cut.
The FreshGuard HC absorbs excess moisture in the packaging and binds condensation in the core of the pad and this reduces mould formation, unpleasant smells and discoloration of the products. The quality is maintained in a natural way during the long transport routes, with fluctuating temperatures and the extended storage periods, thanks to the FreshGuard HC.
