After fruit harvest, the stems and the leaves of tomato plants are collected and crushed. The fibers obtained, used to manufacture the cardboard, are then mixed with recycled paper fibers. As the paper itself is originally made with wood fibers, the use of green waste like tomato plants contributes to the deforestation reduction. This new ecological packaging is at its turn 100% recyclable. Tribu Ecolo’s world is moving on.
