Spain: Edullesa unanimously appoints new president
Afrucat's representative on the Board of Directors of Edullesa has been appointed unanimously.
The Board of Directors of Edullesa met on Wednesday, 7 September 2016 and accepted the resignation of the former president, Mr Arcadi Jover Clarió, for personal reasons.
The same meeting served to unanimously appoint Mr Joan Serentill Rubio, representative of Afrucat on the Board, as the new President of Edullesa.
Mr Serentill was said to be filled with hope and optimism when accepting his new position. "It is a challenge for us to have more professional and rigorous customs at the service of all food exports from our sphere of influence."
To this end, Serentill presented a new manager, Ms Irene Marqués, who has already been appointed to prepare a strategic plan that makes it possible to prioritise, give a boost to and expand the company's services.
