Arco sells a second hand Slice Line for the mushroom industry. The installation was built in 2010, and is in absolute mint condition. The Slice Line was originally used for mushroom cultivation. Due to internal changes with one of our customers, the Slice Line became obsolete and is now for sale.
The Slice Line allows companies in the mushroom industry to process sliced mushrooms efficiently and fully automatically. The machine is fast, accurate and reliable.
Second hand processing line
The used Slice Line is a complete processing line which fully automatically weighs, fills and packages punnets of sliced mushrooms. The Slice Line contains:
- Platform and conveyors;
- Multihead weigher (filling system included);
- Separation unit;
- Multivac T800 tray sealer;
- Packing system;
- Labelling system;
- Checkweigher;
- Metal detector.
- Manufactured in 2010;
- Capacity of 60+ punnets per minute;
- 250 grammes mushrooms;
- 200 grammes sliced mushrooms.
Certification
The Slice Line meets all European and international health and safety requirements for the food industry such as EHEDG, EC and FDA certification. The machine has been qualified as very safe and hygienic.
