Glasshouse to grow high quality vegetables

A glasshouse that is located in Hewu Road in Chongming District, Shanghai covers an area of 21,000 square meters and this is known as the State of Agricultural Engineering Research Center

This glasshouse is divided into 5 nursery greenhouses and 10 cultivation greenhouses. In the cultivation greenhouses, only 15 long white growth frames can be seen, not the soils, which gives pests no place to hide.

Speaking of greenhouses, Israel and the Netherlands rank at the top of the list. Last year, when the King of Holland visited Shanghai, he made a special trip to the State of Agricultural Engineering Research Center, in order to find out the most advanced greenhouse technologies in the world.

After nearly 20 years of development, Shanghai Dushi Green Co. Ltd has advanced agricultural engineering technology facilities and extended them to many places, from Mohe city in Heilongjiang province to Xinjiang, Tibet, from the Xisha, Nansha to the South Pole, covering more than 1 million square meters. Between 2014 and 2015, the Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station on the South Pole have built Shanghai greenhouses. Starting from this year, Zhongshan Station will expand its greenhouse and start to plant vegetables and fruits there.
