10th March at the Kia Oval in London

UK: Freshtime to sponsor Fresh Careers Fair

Leading Lincolnshire fresh chilled food producer Freshtime UK Ltd is preparing to meet with the industry’s emerging talent as a sponsor of the Fresh Careers Fair 2016.

As part of an ongoing company-wide investment in growth, Freshtime UK Ltd will be sponsoring and attending the Fresh Careers Fair on 10th March at the Kia Oval in London.

Organised by the team behind the award-winning London Produce Show and Conference, the fair is the first of its kind in the UK specifically aimed at those looking for a career in the horticultural and agricultural industries.

Aimed at soon-to-be graduates, the event will equip visitors with everything they need to launch their career in the production, food service, retail, culinary and wholesale sectors and provide an opportunity to network with potential employers, including Freshtime.

Visitors will also be able to attend a keynote session by an expert speaker, the identity of whom is yet to be revealed.

As part of the Fresh Careers Fair there will be a Dragon’s Den-style competition, during which students will present themselves to a selected team of industry expert ‘Produce Dragons’ for their chance to win an iPad Mini.

Freshtime HR Manager Jo Campling will be attending on the day. She said: “The Fresh Careers Fair is a fantastic initiative, and provides a great opportunity for us to showcase the wide range of career opportunities Freshtime has to offer young professionals.”

Mark Newton, Managing Director of Freshtime, added: “We are committed to investing in future talent wherever possible so being present at, as well as sponsoring, this event is a no-brainer for us.

“Having a stand at the Fresh Careers Fair complements our ambitious strategy for growth through developing our teams.

“We are keen to meet the fresh new faces that will help to drive our business forward in the future.”

Registration is free and can be found along with more information on the Fresh Careers Fair website: www.freshcareersfair.co.uk.
