A big theme for many companies in the fruit- and vegetable industry was the theme of convenience. Drs. Jocken Wolthuis thinks: "While for example Holland is leading in convenience across Europe, Germany is still lagging behind. But people are noticing that convenience is becoming ever more important in Germany. "

The Anuga offers its visitors a broad spectrum of themes. The exhibit concept of Anuga encompasses ten specialist trade fairs and deals with the newest trends in the food sector. This year, Greece was the partner country of the Anuga 2015 in Cologne.
