The Bavarian fruit centre will present the new apple variety "Gräfin Goldach" for the first time at the expoSE and this variety will set a new standard. Since the growers have succeeded with this apple, suitable for people with an apple allergy, to distinguish themselves and offer a product suitable for direct marketing. The apples are ripe and ready to be harvested in late September.
The apple is plump and medium to large sized. And with its predominantly red color and firm, juicy flesh and flavorful taste and its high yield it should convince the fruit farmers according to the expectations of the acclaimed Bavarian growers.
