Chemical residues in Beijing organic veg

According to an article published on Beijing News on September 10, the 2015 Vegetable Comparative Test conducted by the Tianjin Consumer Community revealed that products from a number of organic vegetable brands contained chemical residues.

Well-known Beijing organic vegetable brands BeiCaiYuan and CunJingYuan were both on the list.

During the investigation, it was discovered that some organic consultancy firms offer services instructing organic food certificate appliers how to use chemicals without being detected during the certification process.
