Ontario's blueberry capital enjoys sunny harvest

Farmers in Ontario's leading blueberry-growing region are enjoying a sunny harvest, while foodies arrive for fruit and vegetables, plus a splash on Norfolk County's beaches.

"With blueberries, sweet corn, and raspberries now in season, Norfolk County is welcoming fans of local food with open arms," said Clark Hoskin, tourism manager for Norfolk County.

Norfolk County is Ontario's blueberry capital, Canada's sweet corn capital and strawberry capital, according to Statistics Canada. The area boasts clean sandy beaches, excellent cycling, and award-winning wineries.
